    We paid over £1000 for our removals. They subcontracted our removal job to a company called Black Cube Removals based in Wolverhampton (google will show other peoples experiences) I was unaware of this until we had to report stolen items and damages to our possessions. We paid for a 9-10am pick up, they arrived at 1pm and then informed us they didn't have time to deliver our stuff the same day as they had other pick ups to do. They claim to have a live tracker for the driver, this never worked. Our stuff was finally delivered at 7pm the next evening, our TV was stolen and our sofa was slit and

    The company appeared to be very professional and efficient before the supposed removal date, however the reality was completely the opposite. Our time slot for our move was 9am to 10am. At 10am when we had heard nothing I contacted any van and was told that the driver could no longer do the job and they were searching for another driver and hopefully we would be able to move that day. We were all packed and waiting the money had been swapped and the new person was coming in at midday. After numerous phone calls we got nowhere at all and at 120clock we decided to do the move ourselves. Shocking

    First time I've used a removal service. The guys who came out were very professional and took good care of our item's. They were very patient when they had to wait in the van for nearly 2 hrs until we could get in the house. They also moved some trees in large pots which my husband thought he might have to leave behind. Thanks again

AnyVan got its start in 2009, when founder Angus discovered that 50% of vans on the road were travelling half empty. He realised that filling those empty vans would create cheaper delivery costs and it would be better for the environment.
