Loft conversion with rear dormer plus kitchen/diner
10Verified ReviewOver 2 years ago Josh, Dan and the team from Apex added a dormer loft conversion and knocked through to make a large kitchen/diner. We can definitely say after 2 years we are still extremely happy with the quality of the work we received from Apex, the after care with the few snaggings we had were quickly resolved after the work was complete. From the start communication was excellent, they were polite, respectful and professional. All the guys at Apex were great. We'd highly recommended them! Thanks guys! We are still loving our new(ish) extra space and kitchen.

8.25Verified ReviewI am very happy overall with the loft conversion. Josh priced competitively and managed to stay within the agreed costings and timeframe. Any additions or changes were always discussed and approved prior to him moving forward which meant no nasty surprises. I am very big on communication and for the most part Josh responded very quickly despite having had tonnes of projects on the go. There were some hiccups but they were always sorted quickly. Thanks Josh and team.

10Verified ReviewJosh has been a real help in getting me over the line with my loft extension. It took me 18 months to get plans approved with a planning appeal in the middle, and Josh was willing to discuss costs with me during that process so that I could then decide what I wanted to include in the submitted plans. Once I had the planning, I paid Josh a small deposit to get my start date booked in and then had scaffolding and materials delivered in time for the boys to start on that day. Throughout the build Josh and his foreman were available for any queries I had or changes I wanted to make.
