  came out quick to give quote, due to the build he wasnt sure if he would need a mantel until he started the work because there was plasterboard hiding the walls, he clearly gave me a quote stating the maximum it would be if we needed the extras. come on day and charged me less because he didn't have to use them. nice to have a workmen actually admit if they didn't have to do as much and charge fairly instead of just sticking to the highest price they quoted. will be recommending to my sister whos buying a property in near future

  Chris had done a number of these in various properties over the years and always provides me with timely quotes and more importantly is highly reliable and comes out at the times he says which as a busy man this is very important to me. Always provides me with different options and once priced up he sticks to the quotation with no add ons. Works are carried out on the day he says and he’s incredibly tidy. Highly recommend
