    Luke texted to say when he would arrive to commence work, and arrived on time. Started work immediately and didn't even stop for the offered coffee or tea. Erected 10 metres of 6 foot high fencing in good time and cleaned up afterwards. Great job, and will keep his number in phone for any future work.

    Pre-job contact was good and non-written agreement that would ‘take care of everything, including removal of old fence’. Fence looks good. Old fence left behind alongside some building detritus that we have had to take to the tip. Also contacted unexpectedly by a private form who has charged us £160 to remove what amounts to 12m of fencing. Currently in dispute with that company but Luke non-responsive. Basically, make sure you receive written details of job before signing up because I could have given this job to another provider at less total cost.
