  • Fix dishwasher that was not working

    Came same day to job posting. Spent considerable time diagnosing issue and trying to fix: then decided wiring loom and control module faulty. Ordered part and returned after three days, dismantled dishwasher, fixed, and reinstalled dishwasher. Very pleased, and reasonable cost.

  • Freezer not freezing!

    Mark was the first trader to reply to my urgent request for my elderly Mums fridge/freezer. He arranged to visit to assess the freezer the following day and returned to defrost and clear the build up of ice. The freezer is freezing again thankfully with minimum cost - Thank you Mark :)

  • Dishwasher problem

    He misdiagnosed the problem and ordered an expensive part unnecessarily. He left a mess, water was everywhere, in the cupboard and on the floor. It turned out that the water filter that was mounted close to the dishwasher was damaged and we had to incur costs to repair it. In addition, he damaged the cabinet to which the dishwasher is mounted and the cabinet is cracked at the front, but our furniture is new. He's lying and saying that this damage was already there. Extremely unprofessional man. He didn't apologise. I really regret that we called him. I plan to report it to citizen advice.
