    Kept me updated on arrival time. Fruendly from the start. Apologised when he found a 5p piece was blocking waste pipe. Expensuve call out for 5p, but he was so nice. Clwaned up after himself and even pushed washing machine back into place. Would recommend and have kept his number for next 5p blockage

    Dan called to say he could fit me in today. Kept me in the loop with when he was due to arrive. Was friendly and explained what he was doing during the visit. Excellent value and would highly recommend. Won’t hesitate to call Dan again. Also the dogs liked him!

    I phoned Daniel late afternoon as our washing machine had broken, the following day at 8am he was here (despite having jobs in a completely different direction) and it was fixed within the hour (the issue was exactly what he thought it would be). He also gave great advice on brands of machines. Exceptional service throughout. I would highly recommend.
