    I contacted the above firm when water leaked from my machine, and received a sympathetic and efficient response. Ian, of Appliance Repairs Direct, kept me informed of when he was likely to arrive and gave my washing machine a thorough check before confirming what I suspected, that I needed a new machine (it is 19 years old). He was very honest, and did not try to persuade me to have an expensive repair when it wasn't worth it.

The job was speedily and efficiently carried out, and I was delighted to have the space underneath the machine cleaned out at the same time, as I had been unable to do it myself. Despite being 19 years old, the machine is now working perfectly well, and I am very pleased with the result.

Hi I'm Ian Foulds, I started Appliance Repairs Direct in 2020 after spending 15 years at British Gas as white goods engineer. During my 15 years I also became Learning and Development Manager and trained over 30 people to become fully qualified white goods engineers over a 2 year period. I have a wealth of knowledge in the appliance repairs industry.
