    We needed some plastering done in our downstairs cloakroom/toilet as some of our old plaster had blown so David from Building Solutions replastered the wall and made a fantastic job of it, first class, we are so pleased, he arrived on time and was very tidy.     As someone who has had some bad experiences with builders/tradesfolk in the past, the prospect of renovation work is one that doesn’t thrill me. However. David and his team made my life so easy, from the initial quote to handing back my keys at the end of the job. Finished on time (actually a bit early! Always a bonus), good quality work, polite, friendly and competitively priced. Took photos during the work when I wasn’t around to check in, kept me updated of progress and honestly I couldn’t believe how stress free the works were. Will 100% use David’s services again for future work. Thank you!

    David and his team did a really excellent job, converting a downstairs room to create an en-suite bedroom. As well as building, the job required plumbing and electricity work. Their attention to detail was impeccable, with sanitary ware installation and tiling done very precisely, and original mouldings perfectly matched. And very importantly, advance preparation ensured that the work was actually completed ahead of time. A very satisfied customer!
