    The engineer was prompt and courteous. As it was a boiler service the feedback that was given was everything checked was within the manufacturers parameters. I did ask for the water heating setting to be checked and confirmed what the temperature setting was set at. But nothing was mentioned on completing the work. Can’t comment on the quality of the work as it was a service it was taken on trust. Everything has been ok with the boiler which it was beforehand. The cost was little above average but needed it done fairly promptly, and the engineer got back straight away.

    The Service was carried out as expected. Steve business like, polite and accommodating. Can’t comment on the quality of the work as nothing to show. Did ask for the water heating temperature to be checked and set to my specification no feedback given. Would have liked a more detailed receipt however, showing the address and work carried out. All that was given was a digital payment receipt which didn’t show my name address. The service log was completed on completion, which is the only record I have to show what works was done and by whom. Would have appreciated a more professional approach.
