10Verified ReviewTom called us back on new years day after I found out my mums water softener had failed, resulting in no water/low pressure. He arranged to come out a few days later to have a look. A quote was provided and work carried out on 22/1. Due to my mum being elderly Tom liaised with me (daughter) to make arrangements and communication was great, as due to being unwell Tom had to delay the original work for a few days. Very happy with the work completed and would definitely recommend Tom and Aqua Logic, and use again if appropriate - thank you
