    Andrew arrived at the agreed time, assessed the problem quickly, obtained the necessary parts promptly and then got on with the work. The job took longer than expected, but Andrew didn't leave until he'd completed all the work. He was polite and friendly throughout, and he left everything clean and tidy. I'm very happy with the work and believe he charged a very fair price for everything he did. I would certainly contact Andrew for future jobs and would definitely recommend him to others.

    Andrew was able to come out for a same day fix for a leak in the downstairs toilet. He was very communicative - he kept me up to date with his arrival time and clearly explained the issue to me. The charge was very reasonable considering the same day callout and the need for a new part. Best news of all - the leak appears to have been fixed! Faultless service, wouldn't think twice about hiring again.

Company info

Aqua Works is a small plumbing business attending to all matters water related. From drips and repairs to complete bathrooms including the tiling. The company was established in 2007 but I have been working as a sole trader in the field since moving out of retail.

I pride myself on my customer service, tidiness and the belief that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing well.

I do: Complete bathrooms, power flushes for clogged systems as well as pre-commissioning, repairs and replacements to taps, valves and showers. I also work on all toilets both concealed and exposed/closed coupled. Fixing drips and flush mechanisms 

I do all the work myself bar the electrics and plastering although I do have people in these trades that I use.
