    Architectural Designs helped us with our ground floor rear extension. In our initial meeting Lee gave us lots of practical advice that instantly saved us money and then Joseph provided drawings with several ideas and helped us to understand our options, always very courteous and prompt with replies to queries. They talked us through the process, and then took control of submitting to planning.

  • Pre-purchase assessment

    Lee squeezed us in for a pre-purchase assessment at short notice and spent just over an hour viewing a potential house purchase with me, assessing feasibility of our planned work, explaining what could be done under permitted development vs what would need planning permission and his assessment of the likelihood of getting permission. He was professional and friendly and gave us the reassurance we needed to put an offer in. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Lee again or recomendó to friends.

    Architectural designs were really helpful in helping me to obtain my planning permission for my loft conversion. They helped put together construction drawings and dealt with the planning and building control for me most efficiently. They sorted out party wall awards with the neighbours, and were super quick in responding to any questions and sorting problems. Their final bill was exactly as they had quoted me despite a few extras. I have no issues in recommending Architectural Designs and would happily use them again.
