  We used Arkle because they provided a very competitive quote and we felt we could work with Kieran. The windows were installed by Chris and Kev who were very considerate and hard workers. They were very good at communicating what they were doing and explaining what would happen next. One of the frames was damaged and Chris pointed this out and it was replaced the following day. Fantastic service and you do matter as a customer. Looking forward to our new front door being installed in a few weeks time.

  From Start to finish Brian and Kieran were down to earth easy to talk to had good advice for what we wanted. From measuring to fitting was the exact turnaround time they said it would be, even when we asked if they could remove our old old conservatory (nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be using again for the rest of our windows.

  If I could score over 10, I would! Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I cannot fault this company. All the guys that I have dealt with were professional, friendly, not pushy, tried to accommodate where they could, just all round great service. I had 6 windows and a composite door fitted. During the installation, I had Chris and Kev. They were great installers, provided me with advice of do’s and don’t. They were clean and tidy, completed the work in excellent time and also made good I certain areas. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Arkle. K,B,C,K
