• Vaillant boiler breakdown

  My boiler had broken down one evening, no hot water or heating. I tried to call out multiple plumbers and Alex was the only one who called back that night and he promised to be out 7.30 the next morning. He turned up bang on time, diagnosed the problem and got the boiler up and running quickly and it’s now running well. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and a reasonable price too. Will definitely use again.

  We had a problem with the heating not working in our Town house top level. Alex responded quickly and recognised the problem and ordered the replacement part. He returned very promptly to fit the replacement part and now everything is working as it should. Really impressed with how quick Alex was to do the repair. Thanks Alex. Hopefully I have no further need for any boiler repairs but if I Do it will be Alex I’m calling

  Posted an urgent boiler repair job on checkatrade at around 6pm and had a response within minutes. The job was attended promptly the following morning. The fault with the boiler was found quickly and repaired without the need of any pricey parts, so the overall cost wasn't too bad. Everything was explained clearly before, during and after the work was done. Overall level of service was excellent.

• Emergency call out for smell of gas, found leak and rectified same night.

  Smelled gas so called aro plumbing and heating. He got to me within the hour and was very helpful and could explain in layman’s terms what needed to be done and why. He was efficient and went above and beyond to make sure the work needed was done correctly and to a high standard. Would 100% recommend to anyone and will be a retuning customer.
