  Excellent professional service. We had Aircon installed into the family home. The guys were punctual on arrival, organised, polite and clearly knew their business. A full explanation was provided at each stage of the process and the quality of work completed is exceptional.

  Jo contacted us within 12 hrs of enquiry, he could give an approx quote over the phone. Came for a site visit next day, gave good advice as to what unit suited our needs without pressure, went mid range. Booked in to do job 3 weeks later. Two in team, took a day and half to complete the job. Very pleasant to have around, good problem solving, talked us through variations as they went along. Small local business which gave a personal service to the highest standard.

  Joe responded quickly to the enquiry and arrived to inspect the room and provide a set of options. After selecting one based on his recommendation (not the most expensive - he didn’t railroad us) we got a great quote and booked the installation the next week. They arrived promptly on the day and installed the system - they were very efficient and tidy and the system works great - very happy with the work and would definitely recommend and use again.

  From the outset Joe was brilliant. He came to survey the house and was extremely courteous and professional. We particularly liked the fact he didn't try to sell us the most expensive unit, he gave valuable information about our options. When the unit was installed, the guys worked really hard throughout the day, they were friendly yet professional at all times and they left the house spotless. I would not hesitate in recommending Artech to anyone. Excellent service from start to finish.
