    The electricians from Artek are amazing and I couldn't recommend them more. I first had them round to do a full EICR. The quote they gave for remedial work was clear, and they were very helpful in scheduling the work in manageable chunks. They kept me informed about what work was needed, and explained different approaches when I asked. I never felt fobbed off, and they went the extra mile to avoid damage to the walls. They're always polite, punctual, and tidied up after themselves.

    I have used Artek before and had excellent service and this time was no exception - I received a very quick response with a home visit to confirm what I needed, and very reasonable estimates. I was fortunate to be offered a cancellation so from beginning to end the job was sorted within a couple of days! Engineer was friendly, clear as to what he was doing and tidy as well. Can’t recommend them highly enough and will use again. Thanks!
