He explained everything, answered questions patiently and knowledgeably, and was polite and responsive throughout. The team was really clean and tidy and the end result was neat and has completely solved the problem of damp and mould in a bungalow with a heat pump. Connor spotted a couple of things he wasn't happy with, on the final day of the job, and called the engineers back to sort it out the next day - no quibbles or drama, just high quality input
