He was able to come and do the survey quickly, turned around the report promptly, and set expectations about timing along the way. The kind of experience and service you always hope to get, but often don't! I would not hesitate to recommend and would have used Asbestos Action for further work if that had been needed, but thankfully all samples came back negative.
