    Really really happy with the service which was provided. I was very anxious about some asbestos which I discovered in our new property. I found them through Checkatrade and the following day they responded and came out to see the house. I was reassured and given professional advice and testing on the artex style wallpaper/paint. Asbestos Compliance Solutions Ltd (ACS) was formed in 2013 in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire to offer our clients bespoke asbestos management solutions, including but not limited to, Asbestos surveys, creation and management of Asbestos registers, non-licenced Asbestos removal, facilitation of licenced Asbestos removal and consultancy.

ACS won the Business of the Year award at the Mansfield and Ashfield Business Awards in 2020!

The business continues to embark on projects across a variety of sectors such as residential, commercial, retail, office and medical to help enable our clients to achieve compliance to The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, streamlining their processes which results in significant long term cost savings.

Asbestos Compliance Solutions Ltd (ACS) provide numerous options to clients regarding Asbestos management. From a detailed gap analysis of your current Asbestos arrangements, carrying out project specific targeted surveys to undertaking full management surveys throughout the entire portfolio.

ACS can tailor a programme to suit your needs. We specialise in the creation and management of web-based Asbestos registers, utilising industry leading software. Using this data to develop and implement risk rated re-inspection and remedial programmes. The services we offer provide our clients assistance in achieving greater compliance, streamlining processes and therefore result in significant cost savings.

As part of Regulation 4 of CAR 2012 – the Duty to Manage Asbestos in Non-Domestic Premises, it is the Duty holder’s responsibility to: 

• Locate Asbestos materials

• Produce and maintain written records of the locations of sampled and presumed ACMs

• Assess the risk of exposure

• Provide suitable recommendations for the ongoing management of sampled and presumed ACMs

• Prepare a plan to manage the risk and put into effect

• Inform anyone who is potentially at risk of exposure

• Audit the Asbestos Management Plan on a regular basis

All the above points can be addressed by implementing and maintaining accurate and user-friendly Asbestos registers. Duty holders often make the mistake of accepting a series of standalone Asbestos reports as suitable means of managing Asbestos within their premises. Similarly, an Asbestos register is only an effective management tool if it is kept up to date and the records are accurate and accessible. 

 ACS utilise market-leading online asbestos management software designed from a duty-holders perspective, that provides an easily accessible, user friendly Asbestos register for entire property portfolio’s, no matter how big or small.
