It frequently gets water damaged, and the cement underneath gets water damaged and crumbly. Shayan's team consistently does a thorough job of fixing the underlying issues first and then ensuring it finishes off to a high standard.

10Shayan is the most professional, efficient, transparent tradesman I have ever worked with. Work was completed incredibly fast to an exceptional standard, from servicing and repairing my boiler to replacing all lights downstairs, sorting out damp, repairing cupboards and drawers.

Wood had to be sanded down using precise measurements , new hinges fitted , lock refitted to perfection , and door completely sealed against damp .Door frame repainted where necessary . Fabulous job done . Highly recommend the company and whole entrance left spotless and perfect .
