• Remodel of Kitchen and dining room.

  Tim and his team remodelled my kitchen/dining room and the results are stunning! Tims knowledge covers all aspects of building work, this means no stone is left unturned and he will answer any questions you may have during the build, which makes for a very smooth process. Tim delivers a very high standard of work and his team are polite and very tidy. Due to Tim’s perfectionist nature, the job took a little longer than anticipated but the results were well worth the wait and this also meant there was very little snagging to do once the work was completed. I hope to instruct them again soon.

• Re-render external walls retile veranda

  Removed tiles on veranda Jan 2023. Removed wall tiles and pebbledash on rear of property June 2023, re-rendered 2/3 of the wall mid August 2023. Removed pebbledash from front of property mid August 2023. Four months later, we haven't seen them since 24/8/23 and Tim doesn't answer his phone. Walls not finished, veranda not done, scaffolding and a skip left at the front the portaloo went a few weeks ago. His 50% deposit means we have paid for work he hasn't done. We have damaged aluminium patio doors and window frames, scratched glass, snagging from earlier jobs unfinished. Rubbish left on site

• Ground floor renovation

  Tim and the team carried out a fairly extensive ground floor renovation for us. Tim was great to deal with from the planning stage right through the project to completion. I was happy to take his experience and advice on board as things progressed. Work involved opening up kitchen diner space, new walls, fit oak door, replacing all ceilings and insulating, LED spots, new sockets and switches throughout, plastering throughout, fit new skirting and architrave, fit oak window sills, floor levelling and fitting porcelain tiles and laminate, fit new radiators and concealing all pipework.

• Kitchen and bathroom renovation

  Our new kitchen is mostly complete, and what's been done is lovely. But it's been one year since new windows went in and the rendering work around them still hasn't been completed, and the sink waste pipe hasn't been connected to the drain so the outside of the house looks terrible. We haven't seen anyone in months. Tim has not provided any information about when someone will be back to finish the work. They haven't even started on the bathroom, and given the amount of time it's been we don't trust that they ever will, or particularly want them to. We feel so disappointed.

• Installation of steel beam to support chimney, replace ceiling and replaster

  Tim and his team have done an excellent job in installing a steel beam to support my chimney and replacing the ceiling that was past its best. The team were friendly. Helpful and professional and made sure everything was clean and tidy between visits and once they finished. I would definitely recommend them for any work and I will be going to them in future for any work that I need.
