    We were disappointed by the length of time to wait for the job to be completed: more than 3 weeks. Also, the quote was inaccurate. Cost of just removing extra green waste was charged at the same amount as a quote for trimming and removal. Communication was intermittently poor.

    Fantastic job done by a lovely hard working couple. Had approximately 13 very big conifers,3 large hedges and quite a few large shrubs shaped and tidied along with an overgrown tree. Johnny and Gajj never stopped working while they were with us . They are professional and reliable. We would definitely recommend them .

    Cheap BUT: Arrived later than expected - 2pm instead of lunchtime, leaving only 2 hours daylight, worked very hard to catch up - felling and removing ash tree , pruning almond tree, and thinning out ash saplings. However, left holes in the lawn where he threw down the big branches. Then tackled the shrubbery. Disappointed with this, as accidentally cut the heart out of large bush, leaving it with a big hole in one side; trimming bushes accessible at the edge of the border but not tackling the bushes at the back. To their credit, when I complained about this they did discount the price.
