Damp proofing and joist replacement
0Robert Allan and his team have left a gaping hole at the bottom of stairs, broke a plug and put sofa over it to cover it up, miss matched floor boards and as regards the damp proofing if he lied about doing all the work well what else has he lied about, when confronted about the work he ran away.
