  They were very helpful in helping me decide which type of fan would best suit my needs. The electrician arrived punctually when he called to assess what needed to be done and when he came to do the work. He knew exactly what needed to be done and did it efficiently. First class workmanship, courteous, helpful and polite. This company are very professional in how they deal with customers and get back to you promptly. It's refreshing to have such a good experience as, in the past, I have dealt with many companies who give the impression they're 'just not bothered'. Thank you for a job well done

• External lighting

  I wanted an additional outside light installing to complement one already there. Aspire did a brilliant job, professional and friendly throughout and very competent. Other tradespeople did not want to take on this job as they thought it was too difficult and would make too much mess chasing out walls, but Aspire have done a great job of only doing mininal and necessary damage to walls, which will be easy to sand over and paint. An excellent service and, in my opinion, very reasonably priced.

• Rectification of EICR actions and new fittings

  We had a range of work done to make good issues identified in EICR following a house purchase and to address some strange electrical fittings installed by previous owners. Mark replaced all light switches and sockets, changed inappropriate cabling and switched in eves and outhouses and fitted a new bathroom extractor. All work was done promptly and left clean and tidy. Would use again without hesitation.

  Aspire electrical Darlington, came next day after contact to repair two broken sockets and lights under kitchen canopy, receptionist very pleasant and helpful, gentleman who did the repair, most helpful, in every respect, have further jobs and will be contacting him shortly, thank you, mrs j arnold
