• Immersion tank replacement

  This was work scheduled through HomeTree. Perry was the engineer who came out and diagnosed this as requiring a replacement tank. A week later me came out on a Saturday and did the work. Him communications throughout were good, he was polite and well organised. Whilst doing the work he found some taps in the house that had siezed up, he replaced these too. No issues since the work was done.

• Replacement of an immersion tank

  This was a callout done via Hometree. On Perry's first visit, he diagnosed a leak in our immersion tank as needing a new immersion heater. A week later he came on the Saturday and did the tank replacement. His communications were very good throughout and we were kept fully informed of progress. He was polite and well organised at all times. Finding a few taps in our water supply that were seized he replaced these too. Everything was tidied up well when he finished. No problems encountered in the last two weeks.
