Their staff were punctual, knowledgeable, tidy, efficient, polite and informative throughout the entire process. My only regret is that I didn’t know of them before I needed my boiler replaced but I will certainly be using them in the future for all plumbing / heating needs. They are an excellent company. At Assured Heating Essex we specialise in gas and oil heating systems that are energy-efficient, reliable and are value for money.
We are fully qualified to install and maintain any boiler type using quality heating supplies and we currently perform over 250 boilers installations per year in the local area.
We are accredited with Worcester Bosch, Viessmann boilers, Vaillant boilers, Glow-worm boilers and ATAG boilers. We are Gas Safe registered and are Oftec oil registered installers.
We have engineers that specialise in boiler installation, we also have engineers that specialise in system repairs. We believe different engineers have different strengths, an installation engineer is not necessarily going to know the common faults of a 15 year old boiler! We have a team of engineers that are experts in their own field.
We are proud of our reputation for meeting the needs of our customers while staying true to our principles of delivering the highest standards of customer service, based upon the core tenets of trustworthiness, professionalism, reliability and value for money. We have an office based in Rettendon, which is staffed Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm so feel free to pop down to see us!
