    I booked Astrid gas burner repair for not lighting. The guy said there was problem with thermocouple; send the report and quote. It never arrived and on enquiry they sent it to wrong email. Then another engineer came with the spare part and told me that it was a wrong spare part and that get the right one and come back. After 7-10 days an appointment was fixed between 8am and 1 pm and the guy never turned up. I was told that no engineer will come. Today I was shocked to learn that the engineer has damaged the part of the cooker and the whole panel has to be replaced. Poor PR and work

We strive for complete customer satisfaction, we repair and install all types of kitchen appliances (white goods) and have a highly qualified and determined team of engineers / handymen to ensure that whatever problem you are experiencing - be it woodworking, cosmetic, plumbing or gas appliance - is resolved in no time and at the best possible price.

Please note that we do not attend to Range Cookers, American Style Fridge Freezers, Chimney or Island Style cooker hoods or bespoke appliances.

Payment procedure:

Please note that our policy with private customers is to secure card details for payment purposes therefore if you wish to proceed with a booking we'll ask that you call us (or we call you) to get your details. No charge will be made to your card until the engineer / handyman call out has been completed and we will then issue a full vat invoice and report by email. Your personal data will be handled securely and sensitively and removed fully from our system once the invoice has been processed. We look forward to hearing from you.
