  • Repair shower cubicle, instal shower tray and replace tiling plus replace complete damaged ceiling.

    Seepage over a period damaged the floor of the shower cubicle under the shower tray requiring repairs to the floor, some studwork plus tiling. The opportunity was taken to replace the shower tray with a low level version. A ceiling was damaged by a catastrophic leak from loft level water tank, requiring complete replacement including skimming the new plaster board and painting the ceiling and walls. The ceiling was almost immediately painted but I was assured that this would be stable and not flake off. The work was carried out to a high level of competence at a reasonable level of cost.
