    Sean was good to communicate prior to the build. He made a mistake measuring the beam but rectified this at no extra cost to us, thank you. In hindsight we should have spoken about managing the dust more prior to starting work, we knew it was going to be dusty but I think there could have been potential to manage this a bit better by the builders. Overall happy with the job. Thanks.

  • Attic Conversion.

    We had a large, one-sided dormer completed by Sean and his team over the space of several months. The conversion consisted of a bathroom, large bedroom, landing area and staircase. The ATA team were polite, courteous and respectful at all times. We are absolutely delighted with the works carried out and are able to use this much-needed space more effectively, adding increased value to our property. Sean kept us updated throughout, resolved any issues as they arose and all the team work extremely hard/professionally. We would use Attic to Asset again and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

    Sean and his team completed this job for us taking great care to make sure the job was finished to a high standard and to our complete satisfaction. If he ran into any problem, it was rectified immediately, without causing any issues for us. I would say that customer satisfaction was Sean’s main aim when he carried out this work for us. He presents as a ‘happy chap’ and is always very pleasant to deal with. We would employ him again if we had any further work.
