• Brand new bathroom

  We installed a brand new bathroom in our extension. Daryoush was really helpful in identifying all the water flows and helped us install new pipes for the new suite and the new radiator. He was on time every day and went way above the call of duty helping us to purchase the right items. His work is of very high quality. He triple checked all the joints to make sure there were no leaks. We're really happy with the outcome and we've invited him back to service the boiler.

• Tap replacement

  Firstly the plumber was responsive to my job ad and contacted me quickly. Rather than just giving a quote he came out to my property and looked at the job. He immediately spotted there were a number of potential issues and he would need some additional parts. The kitchen tap was tricky so I was provided with 3 options with associated costs. I’m not surprised the plumber managed to do it the easy way. I am very impressed with the work, and frankly the entire experience. End result, replacing 1 tap in kitchen and 2 taps in bathroom was really very well done. Highly highly recommended.

• Leaking radiator - valves replacement

  Called on Monday to seek help fixing a leaky radiator; Darius provided a competitive quote and confirmed appointment for next day; on the day, I received a text asking if could come earlier. They attended to the damaged valve and replaced it; after checking the whole heating system, a different thermostatic valve leaked and was replaced. Heating system rechecked incl. All radiators. Darius and colleague were very polite, tidy and left the house clean. I would not hesitate recommending their services.

• Replaced boiler

  The boiler broke down unexpectldley late on a Friday night, but despite the inconvenient time Daryous came to our property straight away. He then gave us a quote and replaced the boiler in record time. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Very patient as well with some follow up work. Would definitely reccomend.

• Fix a leaking toilet

  Daryoush responded almost immediately to my initial enquiry, and came round promptly. He and his colleague were extremely polite and friendly, and did a first class job fixing my leaking toilet. They were knowledgeable, professional, tidy and carried out the works with minimum disruption. I'm really happy to have found AVA pluming and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending their services.
