    I had a damp issue affecting a stretch of wall beneath my ground floor sash windows. Ashley removed the affected render before damp-proofing and re-plastering the wall. I couldn't have asked for a better tradesman. As per other reviews, Ashley carried out the work to an excellent standard and I'm very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend.

    We were experiencing damp patches appearing in 2 of the client bedrooms. Ashley Vince did a great job in removing the old rendering and splayed splayed section of ceiling, fitting new insulation between roof joists. Apply damp proofing membrane to walls, boarded thermal plasterboard and plastered in. As we are a Care home for adults with learning disabilities and mental health, it was very appreciated that Ashley was considerate and mindful to the occupants and staff, as well in keeping disruption and mess to a minimum. Work areas and routes of travel were thoroughly cleaned at end of work.
