    My house needs total renovation but - despite being a project manager myself - I just couldn’t seem to tie down decent contractors to do the job. I had so many people not turn up to quote, or turn up and then be chased for weeks to send them over. When I spoke to Andy it was a breath of fresh air - he just said he would handle it all. And he has. He’s taken off all the stress and we are now 5 weeks in and with a massive amount of progress. His tradesmen do work to an impeccable standard and Andy’s communication has been great throughout (even though I’m probably not the easiest customer).

    I can not recommend AW builders enough, work was Carried out to a high standard, Andy was very reliable and got the work done in the time Frame he said, and tidying up after was a bonus. Will definitely be using again, highly recommended.

    I was very happy with the prompt service I received from Andy, not only in visiting my home and sending a quote but also in carrying out the work when I gave the go ahead. He was reliable, polite and was easy to contact. He and Ben carried out the work efficiently and tidied up after each visit. I was very happy with the work and would not hesitate in using them again or recommending them.

    The team have been amazing. The work started in September 22 and was completed in April 23. They worked through all the terrible weather to ensure the build stayed on track. The follow on traders have all highly complimented the build team for their workmanship.
