Adam was very responsive and managed to squeeze me into his schedule at the last minute (not something that can be taken for granted in central London). He resolved the issue quickly and was also able to provide practical advice on how to avoid the problem in the future, while also offering suggestions about shorter term fixes and longer term solutions. A very friendly and professional approach. Highly recommended.

Boiler service and fixed underfloor heating.

Adam serviced our boiler and fixed a problem with our underfloor heating. He immediately identified some dangerous problems with our boiler (Co2 and gas pressure) and called out Cadent to fix it promptly. Highly professional, knowledgable, considerate and thorough in what he does, respectful of our property (put on overshoes every time he came into our house). He even found a black pipe to replace a part of our flue to match other pipework in place. I highly recommend !!

Plumbing issues in kitchen and bathroom

We have had AZPC come out twice to help with plumbing issues and both times Adam has been excellent. Efficient, knowledgeable and exceptional reasonable on cost; he fixed both issues with minimal fuss. For our bathroom leak we had multiple other plumbers come and but AZPC were the first to actually identify the problem and sort it rather than just have a brief scan of the room and say we need a complete refit. Would absolutely recommend.
