• Porch roof replacement

  Will the owner, was polite and very responsive. He provided a quote, which was reasonable for the work to be completed. Will also kept me up to date with timing of when work would be conducted and informed of any changes to the timing. Will's team worked really hard and work was completed in one day. There were a few areas that needed rework, but Will had his team come back to correct it. Since then we have had no leaks.

  Team were all professional and friendly. Work was carried out day after initial call and survey was done on the same day! Can't fault the service, left the property clean and did the job quickly and to a great standard. Would definitley recommend.

  The surveyor came over and was very knowledgable and honest about the scope of the work that needed doing, which was more than anticipated due to my roof lining coming down due to leaks caused by the bad weather. The quote was given in good time and with details of the work to be carried out sent in good time. There was constant communication about the timescales for the work, including delays caused by continued bad weather. When the workmen arrived they worked very fast and got the job done in good time. Work was very tidy and they respected my property. Will definitely use again

  From the quote to the work completed Will and his boys have been professional, prompt and tidy. We sort advise initially due to some water coming in and the guy that did the quote walked me round the loft to show me where he thought the water was coming in and how unstable our roof was previously quoters didn’t even put a ladder up! He gave me confidence providing timelines and they were all met and all work guaranteed for 25 years! Thank you!

  Couldn't fault them, came swiftly with a quote, they then turned up exactly the time said to start work, all completed in the same day. Very professional. Also no upfront costs, payment on completion of works.
