  I could not fault the quality of the service from B A Clark and Son. We had extensive renovations to our lounge, hallway and landing including a new staircase. At every stage we were communicated with. Any issues they discovered (we have an old house) were clearly explained and they took our last minute additions in their stride. The team are clean, punctual and polite and finished on time and on budget. It feels like a new home. Thank you Brian and Lloyd.

  Couldn't recommend higher. Great communication, always here when they say they will be and make their own tea! Half way through the job and already looks great, can't wait to see the finished job ??

• Fitting out utility room

  This was the fourth project undertaken by Brian and Lloyd for us. As before the quality of the work was excellent and we are completely satisfied with what has been done. These builders are very highly skilled and professional who always do everything exactly as they promise. If you want honest, competent and reliable tradesmen who will provide high quality work for a fair price then look no further than the Clarks.

  I cannot praise Brian enough. He takes huge pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. He is prompt, reliable and is very reasonable. He is always teh firts person I call if anything needs doing or goes wrong!

  The planned Jobs were completed quickly and to a high standard. Brian and Lloyd also identified a problem with rain water backing up from the soak away up a disused pipe which previously serviced a downpipe that had been removed when the conservatory was added to our property by the previous owners. They plugged the pipe and we are hoping this will resolve a damp problem we have had in the bedroom adjacent to the pipe.

• Velux window replacement and Roof repair

  B A Clark and Son have been our go to builders since they built the extension on the side of our house with true craftsmanship. Since then they have always been willing to offer advice on any other structural issues I have had on the rest of our house. For example The Velux windows in the main house needed replacing and I am very grateful that they took on this smaller job. Their knowledge base of all aspects of building work is considerable and this is transferred into down to earth practical solutions. They transfer ideas into building realities. I am very grateful to them both.
