  I hired Balaci Civils in April 2024, I was pleased with the quality of service and detail oriented approach of Ionela and Mary. I have used them again this month and will be using their service on a regular basis going forward. I would recommend them to anybody that requires a quality service at a reasonable price.

  I engaged these guys for my job in good faith, but didn’t have a brilliant experience with communication in the lead up to it – and then today they just cancelled with 15 minutes’ notice! I am so incredibly angry because we cannot get an alternative cleaner at such short notice, and our house will be open for prospective buyers from tomorrow morning… These viewings may not generate a sale now, because first impressions count and the house will not be sparkling (we have tenants living there so you can imagine its condition). AVOID at all costs! Incredibly unprofessional and will let you down.

  I had wonderful experience and would indeed recommend Balaci to people. My experience with them was very positive, they even return to the place to finish off small areas without questions. The oven cleaning was brilliant, they said because the oven tray had burnt on cooking residual that could not be removed, they replace it with a new one included in the original fees. I thought that was really nice and thoughtful. You don't often get great customer service from cleaning firms, but BALACI CIVILS prides itself with great customer service.
