1Verified ReviewBen contacted me with a competitive quote so we went ahead and arranged for him to carry out the work - gutter cleaning. The person who had been allocated the work did not arrive and did not contact me to offer an explanation. Having called Ben to find out what was going on, he apologised and rearranged to do the work himself today. Here I am 2 hours after he said he'd arrive and no show. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement and I most certainly will not consider using this company again.
