Leaking boiler

We had a leak in our boiler when the heating came on. We called BBI heating and they came out the same day, found the issue, ordered the part and fixed the issue as soon as the part arrived. They were friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. I would highly recommend using them.

Pressure relief valve replacement:

Cold water main PRV (Pressure relief valve) diagnosed as possibly faulty. Symptoms: Howling noises when water drawn from WC cistern, washing machine and most hand wash basins. The valve became so bad it actually shut off the supply - jammed shut! My first (positive) experience with BBI was late last year when they replaced an ageing plastic water main. Within 24 hours all works complete. By the nature of their profession, unforeseen delays are inevitable. BBI kept us informed with updates on arrival times. Prompt, courteous, competitive service I would recommend.
