Barry had a can do attitude and talked us through the whole process of solving our issues. He rectified any inevitable damage and cleaned up after himself. Friendly and customer focused. Hello, we are a Hastings based Locksmith company, working within a 25 mile radius, with no affiliation to a larger National company. We pride ourselves on honesty, great customer service, trust and confidence. We WILL NOT replace any part unless we have to. Many issues can be rectified with either lubrication or alteration but if the inevitable happens and we need to replace parts, we will inform you every step of the way.


We can satisfy a majority of your Locksmith needs ranging from helping you get back into your property or vehicle to replacing or updating your domestic or

commercial locks.


For locks outs, we will always try and get you in with a Non Destructive Entry technique first, to try and minimise the costs.

We will always advise on the best way forward and keep our customers updated throughout the entire process.


We aim to be as transparent as possible with our prices and through research we know we are competitively priced.

We don’t charge call out fees unless it’s after 5pm, weekends or Bank Holidays and these will always be discussed prior to any work being started/completed


BB Locksmiths are fully insured and DBS clear.
