10Verified ReviewWe use BCA for all works at our Estate Agency. Ben and team have done a plethora of jobs- from Gas Safety Checks to boiler replacement and even full HMO En-suite fittings. This team have never let us down once. Appointments are kept. Accommodate requests. Ben's communication leaves nothing to be desired making managing property maintenance a breeze. Always take the time to discuss and explain options which is reassuring to landlords. I would not hesitate recommending BCA for any job, big or small. Good, honest, professional and fairly priced AND do a great and tidy job!
