  From the initial phone call and quote to the job being finished it was too notch service throughout, cannot recommend Billy any more. Great job,courteous and really tidied up more than I expected and apologised if I found any dust. Highly recommended

  Billy was very prompt in getting to me with the urgency of the visit, came by to check it out and tried to fix it all along with fitting the tap. Admittedly the sink still leaked after but was very polite and prompt to come back and try again, also finding other faults from our developers which he fixed. Thanks very much!

  Made an inquiry through checkatrade and Bill contacted me straight away to discuss a quote. Arranged a day to get the job done. Contacted me again in the morning on the day to make sure I was still available. Bill fitted a new tap for me as the old one was really difficult to turn off with out constant dripping. Very happy with fitting and the new tape which works great. Took the old tap away for me. Thanks again Bill.

  Poor over-phone related initially to timing. Then no return phone call re prices. No quotes available. 1 is now done as a retro-quote. Full service: late arriving - phone prompting nec. As landlord [me] requested full time scale expedited. Tapset and related = fine; complete. Part 2 - sep job-lot's pending. Looking forward to its completion. When at the van outside gave prompt useful info there. My last name = not ending with W.
