From the initial quote which was totally competitive and reasonable compared to other companies to completion James kept lines of communication open and honest and went above and beyond to ensure the job was complete to a high standard. Would 100% recommend!!

  Amazing Company. A small job suddenly became much larger and yet, the lads carried out the work to the highest standard. They were courteous as were all staff that we had dealings with - whether office based or on the tools. Will definitely use again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

• Roof refurbishment

  The guys did our roof recently. From start to finish they were very professional. We got a detailed quote with a starting date and everything happened exactly how they told us. There were no delays at all. The guys were very polite and nice and they did a quick and clean job as well. We were very impressed by how fast they finished the roof and gutter without making any mess. We are very pleased with our new roof and would definitely recommend them to anyone without question.

• Repair of ridge line of house

  Company quoted £2250 for the repair of my ridge line with me providing the scaffolding. I accepted the quote assume although it was high there was significant work involved. When the work was carried out it only took 2 people half a day to complete the work which only involved removing the ridge tiles, installing new waterproofing material and screwing the old tiles back in place. When I queried the cost the company condescended to give me a £100 reduction

  Call me old-fashioned but I like people to keep their word. Came round to quote for a new flat roof; quote duly followed: could've been more itemised, but that's not the gripe... Said he'd drop in samples of felting colour finishes: none received. Another occasion, boss James said he'd get himto call me.  A couple of days later I 'nudged' him by text; he said he'd ring the next day: didn't happen. Worse came when Storm Ciaran caused the flat roof to leak.  Told me last Thursday he'd be round the next day to apply a temporary fix: no call, no text, no visit...  No excuse!
