    Good communication prior to the agreed work date from Ben, and he arrived on time on the day. He wore over shoe protectors on arrival to keep our carpets clean. Worked quickly, quietly and efficiently and clearly knew exactly what replacing a Saniflo (toilet macerator) unit was all about, arriving with suitable tools and the essential specialist connectors. No mess, and no smell, and he cleared up well before his departure. Friendly and polite. Excellent.

    I recently hired Ben to fix a macerator toilet issue. I was impressed with his work. Not only was he friendly and professional, but he also got the job done efficiently and effectively. Moreover, when a minor issue arose after the initial repair, Ben promptly came back out and resolved it without any hassle. I greatly appreciate his dedication to ensuring everything was in perfect working order. I highly recommend Ben or any plumbing needs.

    Ben and team did a great job replacing an old macerator unit that kept becoming blocked and made a loud vibrating noise, in an awkward to reach location. He proactively removed an unnecessary bend from the piping to reduce the risk of future blockages. Very pleased with the new unit which is barely audible in comparison. Overall very professional and would recommend.

Hi, I’m Ben from Beau Plumbing. We carry out most aspects of domestic plumbing work from replacements of taps, showers and radiators to full bathroom renovations. We are happy to oblige with smaller jobs such as leaky taps or WC repairs so please don’t hesitate to contact us for those smaller issues. 

We also specialise in bathroom and wetrooms, where we carry out design and installations services. All of our bathrooms come with a 10 year workmanship guarantee and we fully waterproof all wet areas very carefully. 

We are on the service engineer list for Saniflo Macerators and carry out repairs and general maintenance on a regular basis.
