He provided us with a range of options and even sent an informative video which explained a variety of security features, which we found helpful. Upon acceptance of the quote, Gary returned to our home within 24 hours and fitted both new locks with the minimum of fuss. His workmanship was first class and we were impressed by the fact that he gave us five keys for each lock, plus he realigned the doors, to prevent the re-occurrence of a previous problem.
