  - Sent several videos and photos night before he diagnosed the issues to be immersion heater. - On arrival I questioned if the immersion heater was definitely faulty and after looking at the job he said it might not be and could be the pressure reducing valve. So I said don’t change the immersion heater. His Dad got upset about this. (Basically wanted to change the heater even though it wasn’t faulty) - Forgot he turned water heater and mains water off said he potentially solved the issue by twisting the valve and charged £70. - Once I turned the water back on the issue was still there.

  Punctual and professional. With no hot water at all the boiler was suspect and Beka were called out for potential repair. Engineer Enderit identified that the gas meter and not the boiler was the issue. He also guided me (and continued to assist after he had left!) through getting the right company to own and conduct the replacement of the meter. Top Man.

• Boiler failure diagnosis.

  Very professional approach by Endrit who quickly identified a gas meter failure and not a boiler problem. He guided me through the contacts to get things done with the suppliers and answered questions for me even after he had left. On Endrits analysis that it was a meter not boiler problem, I got gas supplier OVO called out to change their meter. All done same day thanks to BBS professional approach and mind assistance.
