    The Initial quote was well thought through and detailed. The team carried out the work in a very professional manner, started on time and completed the work to schedule. The quality of the work was exceptionally good ( very little in the way of snagging required). On time and to price. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Belvedere.

    Our flat was fully refurbished in summer/autumn 2020, and follows on from a similar project completed by John in 2015. The 2020 job required stripping back the property, rewiring, installing central heating, plastering, repair/replacement of woodwork and floors, some redesign of the layout, new kitchen and bathroom. Both jobs were completed to a very high standard and have stood the test of time with barely any snagging. John came up with some great suggestions on both jobs, to make them more modern and user friendly in layout. Would highly recommend.

    I commissioned John as part of a larger remodeling project. The transformation was outstanding and completed to the highest quality, and working with marble. It was a complex and demanding job. His workmanship is outstanding Meticulous and attention to detail impressive. Great communicator and nothing too much trouble. Also excellent at advising and having own creative input. He really knows his stuff. Cost as quoted. Thrilled client. Will most definitely contract him again.
