    I contacted this company to do a block paved driveway in February 2024 with work to commence in March-April 2024 a £500 deposit was taken as stated in the contract I had one phone call off this company since at the end of April in which work still wasn’t undertaken. I then have contacted them via email requesting my deposit back in may 2024 in which they refused to give it me back saying it was non refundable in which wasn’t stated in the contract I have in my emails. This company are refusing to refund the deposit stating it is non refundable but wasn’t stated in the contract.
