  This is the second time using Matthew and his team and on this occasion, it was for my Nan. She has had problems with her roof for a couple of years now and we thought it is time to get it sorted. Me and the family pulled together and helped with costs. We are so grateful for a stress free job which my Nan was worrying about a lot. We had a few unforeseen problems once the roof was lifted and we was kept informed with photos and videos throughout. We were looked after for the extra work and we truly are so grateful for Bentleys help. Thank you so much again and 100% will be recommending

• Avoid like the plague!

  Project not completed, even though we paid over 10k for it to be done. We were left with half a wall built, half a wall demolished, not enough decking planks to do the job (and were the wrong colour), bricklayer was drinking beer during work and nothing even nearly finished (we even ended up paying for a skip to have their detritus removed). Messaged Matt again and again and kept on being told it would be finished. After a year past the date that the job was supposed to be completed we agreed to part company (just to get the work done by someone else) with an 8K refund, never saw any of it.

• Replacing cracked bathroom basin

  Sonny arrived on time, was polite and did a great job replacing the cracked inset basin. Did the job in an hour, managing not to damage any of the surrounding tiles. Left everything clean and tidy. Excellent.

  Matthew has kindly guided us through the renovation of our bathroom. As first timers were really pleased with his ideas, advice and communication throughout the process. He thinks of everything, kept the place tidy and clean. He really cares, goes the extra mile and it shows. It looks fantastic we’re really happy. Thanks to Sonny and Dave too!

• Ripping out everything from bathroom and replacing

  Matthew, Sonny, Wes and Gary did a really nice job replacing our bathroom. They were professional at all times and kept us informed throughout the project. They also successfully overcame some challenges with the bathroom refit. Overall, very happy with the work and would recommend Matthew and his team to others.
