  Having not any many responses to my enquiries. I was thrilled that Berkshire East Plumbing and Heating acknowledged my enquiry straight away. As soon as they were able they arranged an appointment. The job was carried out promptly along with the billing. I can thank them enough for the amazing customer service which is becoming increasingly difficult to find these years. I highly recommend them for all heating and plumbing requirements.

  From my first phone call to Berkshire East to the completion of my works everything was arranged and carried out to my complete satisfaction. Richard arrived the same day to discuss my works, offer advice in readiness to prepare a quotation. My quotation arrived quickly, and included all the items I had discussed. My works commenced on the day I had requested, even receiving a text from them saying they were on their way, very reassuring. Richard arrived with Ben and Joel, to ensure everything was in order, their workmanship, care of my home and tidiness was first class. Highly Recommend

• Fix a fault with the boiler

  I had an issue with my C/H boiler. Someone from Berkshire East P&H's office called me to get a couple of additional details, then rang off to talk to an engineer. Within an hour they had called back with a "probable" diagnosis, on the basis of which we arranged a suitable time to visit. The engineer arrived within the agreed time slot, took a quick look at the installation, performed a quick test, and confirmed that the issue was exactly as he had suspected. Within the hour, the part had been replaced. No fuss, no mess, all done, all working.
