• 14 windows and doors superbly fitted

  We had 14 windows and doors fitted in total, including a set of patio bifolds and a set of patio doors. The work was carried out to an exceedingly high standard. The whole process was so smooth from initial consultation with Jason through to fitting of the windows and doors, both the gentlemen who fitted everything were prompt, very polite and a pleasure to be in our house. We will definitely be using BG again for our next project as cannot recommend them highly enough.

• Poor fitting windows

  Berkshire glazing visited us several times to assess the issues with some windows of our home we just bought. The guys were friendly, supportive and understanding. They didn’t rest until they found out the issue and attempted to fix the windows 2 different ways . The second way has worked fantastic, no more leaks and sealed tight. They went above and beyond as we were also fitting a new kitchen, they offered to help and did help to lift the wall cabinets into place with me too. In my opinion 5 star service and 5 star rated people too. Thank you guys.

• Front door, back door and two windows

  Very Good firm to deal with. Gave a 9 on timing, only because I was expecting fitter last week and about 15 minutes before they were due, they had to reschedule as fitter had to go to hospital. Would have appreciated a call earlier. Rescheduled job for today. Jobs done efficiently, minimum fuss and cleaned well afterwards. Polite work done to really good standard. Would recommend.
